We support most destinations that offer eVisas, ETAs, or online travel authorizations. Availability depends on your citizenship, destination, and purpose of travel.
The processing time displayed on our website is an estimate based on previous applications and government guidelines. Delays may occur due to government workload, holidays, or additional document checks — but we always keep you updated.
No one can guarantee visa approval — only the government decides. Our service ensures your application is accurate, complete, and submitted correctly, significantly reducing the risk of delays or rejections.
You can monitor your visa progress directly through your secure account dashboard, and you'll also receive email and WhatsApp notifications at every step.
Typically: a passport, photo, travel proof (flight or hotel booking), and any other supporting documents (invitations, insurance, proof of funds, etc.). Our system guides you step-by-step through what's needed for your destination.
Usually at least six months beyond your planned entry date, with one or more blank pages. However, each country's rules vary — we'll confirm for your case.
Contact us immediately via chat. If the application hasn't yet been submitted, we can correct it quickly. Once it's been sent to the authority, corrections depend on that country's regulations.
Our pricing generally includes two parts: Government fee (paid to the embassy or immigration authority) and Online Visas service fee (for application review, submission, and 24/7 support).

Yes. You can download it directly from your account or request it by email (include company name and VAT if applicable).
Our Refund Policy applies. Government fees are non-refundable once paid. However, if we made an error, we will reprocess or refund accordingly.
Yes — under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital contract. However, once you explicitly request that we start processing and we complete the service, you waive this right. If you cancel before completion, you may owe a proportional service fee for work already performed.
No, unless clearly stated. The subscription covers service benefits (priority processing, premium support, discounts), not government fees.
You can cancel anytime using the always-available cancellation link in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we always send renewal reminders before the next charge.
All data is hosted securely within the European Economic Area (EEA). If transferred outside the EEA, we use approved safeguards such as the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
We only share what's necessary — for example, with government or embassy systems, payment providers, hosting and IT partners, and authorized entities operating on our behalf. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
We retain application data for up to 3 years and payment records for 7 years (for accounting and compliance).
You can request to: access, correct, or erase your data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent (for marketing); request data portability.
