ELECTRONIC VISA ON ARRIVAL
Indonesia eVOA — domanda online

Indonesia eVOA — FAQ
Travellers from over 100 eligible countries can apply for the Indonesia e-Visa (also called the Visa on Arrival or e-VOA) for short tourist or business visits up to 30 days. Visa-free entry exists for ASEAN nationals; everyone else needs the e-Visa or a different visa class.
Our standard tier completes the application submission within 36 hours of receiving your documents. Rush tier completes the submission within 12 hours. Issuance by the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration typically follows shortly after submission, but timing is at the government's discretion.
You can stay up to 30 days from your arrival date. The e-Visa itself is valid for 90 days from issue — meaning you must enter Indonesia within those 90 days, but the 30-day stay clock only starts when you land.
Yes, the e-Visa can be extended once for an additional 30 days while you are in Indonesia. Extensions are arranged through a local immigration office and are not part of our service.
The Indonesia e-Visa (e-VOA) is single entry. If you leave Indonesia and want to return, you will need a new e-Visa.
A clear scan of your passport bio (data) page and a recent passport-style photograph. We collect both after payment, on a secure document upload page.
Please double-check every field before payment. Once the Indonesian government issues your e-Visa, the data cannot be amended and refunds are not available for typos. If you spot a mistake before we submit to the government, contact us immediately.
Yes. Every traveller, including infants and children, needs their own Indonesia e-Visa even when travelling on a parent's passport. Each child requires a separate application and government fee.
Yes. Holders of the Indonesia e-Visa can use the automated e-Gates at major airports including Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta and Bali Denpasar, providing your passport is biometric.
The decision rests solely with the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration, and the government fee is non-refundable per Indonesian government policy. Our processing fee is refunded if the refusal was caused by our error.
